SHARON E. PARKER (part 3)

Ms. Parker independently created the 1st HUD Neighborhood “Networking Volunteer Group.” She was instrumental in teaching HUD tenants in gaining computer skills, which assisted them in becoming self-efficient in society. Ms. Parker formed a group of three (3) HUD employees including herself who sacrificed their time to volunteer for this needed cause.
