VISION
ROASA’s vision is to foster a commitment to young people that will promote positive cultural awareness in all facets of our children's lives. Through ROASA, a unified synergy among like-minded people will be formed for the purpose of empowering disadvantaged youths and young adolescents to assist them in reasserting a sense of hope in the future. ROASA believes that only through personal relationships can a sense of individual responsibility and success be established in critical areas of a person’s life, developing oneself spiritually, culturally, politically and economically.
ROASA’s synergy is deep in the belief that by working with others we will assist in strengthening our youth by means of a single determination. ROASA is determined to create a synergistic and successful environment through connecting people with resources for the purpose of enhancing their lives.
